How Shipping Works
All products sold on The Dev Store are printed and shipped on demand by our fulfilment partner, Printful.
This allows us to:
- Avoid mass production waste
- Print items only when ordered
- Ship globally at reasonable rates
Even though Printful handles production and delivery, your contract is with us, not the printer.
Production Time
Because items are made to order:
- Production typically takes 2–5 business days
Once production is complete, your order is handed over to the courier.
Shipping Times (Estimates)
After dispatch, typical delivery times are:
- UK: 3–7 business days
- US: 5–10 business days
- EU: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Couriers occasionally have bad days. We don’t control those.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Item type
- Order size
Tracking
Where available, tracking details are provided once your order ships.
Tracking may:
- Update slowly
- Pause at borders
- Look broken before suddenly working again

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders:
- Customs fees or import taxes may apply
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
- We have no control over these fees
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders
If your order:
- Is significantly delayed
- Arrives damaged
- Appears lost in transit
Contact us at sales@atcipher.net within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
We’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
