Made-to-Order Products
All items are custom-made to order.
This means we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selected
- “I thought it would look cooler”
This is legal under:
- UK Consumer Contracts Regulations
- US consumer law exemptions for custom goods
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly printed
Email sales@atcipher.net within 14 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos
We’ll offer a replacement or refund — no drama.
In some cases, we may need to coordinate with our fulfilment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
Address Errors
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout are your responsibility.
